Michelle S. Philpot
RYT 500, E-RYT200, YACEP, Reiki 2
Wall Yoga and Restorative Yoga Certified

Owner/Instructor
Michelle has been practicing yoga since 2008, after a lifetime of taking care of her wonderful family she realized it was time to start taking care of herself. Yoga has taught her the importance of bringing breath and balance to her life so that she can continue to tend to her deep roots while growing her branches out into the world.
Teaching yoga to beginners is Michelle's passion, she truly enjoys watching a new yogi realize their potential through breath and movement. Her classes focus on strengthening the mind-breath-body connection, with a strong emphasis on injury prevention by learning proper alignment and building strong foundational poses.
She is especially grateful for her mentors at The Center for Yoga and the Arts , Downingtown, Pa (RYT 200hr), and the Create Karma Tribe 2017 Lancaster, Pa (RYT 300hr). She would also like to thanks her family, friends and community for their continued love and support.

Lynn Ammon
RYT 200, Wall Yoga and Restorative Yoga Certified
Teaching yoga since May 2015
Completed training at The Center *Health*Yoga* Arts, Downingtown PA.
I came to yoga to regain some flexibility, tone my body, and lose a few pounds by participating in a vigorous Vinyasa flow class. I did accomplish these goals, but along the way I discovered so much more. I was calm and relaxed after class. Whatever problems I brought to my mat seemed less important or easier to manage when the class was over. I had a more optimistic outlook on my life. I began to spend less time dwelling on the past and not worrying so much about the future. I became aware of the pleasant details in my surroundings. I was now capable of enjoying the present moment!
I wish to guide others through the physical aspect of a yoga practice and help them to achieve their fitness goals. I also hope to inspire my students view themselves and the world with kinder, more compassionate eyes. I want to give them the tools to get through tough times by drawing on their inner strengths, the ability to express gratitude in all situations and to connect with their true self.

Samantha Bruntrager
RYT 500, Wall Yoga and Aerial Certified, Reiki 2
Teaching yoga since September 2012
Completed training with Create Karma, Lancaster, PA
I first found yoga in my 20s while searching for an alternative treatment for occasional sciatica pain. I practiced yoga in my living room on and off for about 15 years.
A friend opened a studio in 2014 and I started practicing with her regularly. I discovered the physical benefits all those years ago, but it wasn't until then that I discovered the amazing healing power of connecting to your practice, mind-body-breath.
I decided to deepen my practice and gain a better understanding of yoga in 2016 and earned my ryt 200hr in 2017 through Create Karma, Lancaster, PA.
I teach a vinyasa flow with a strong focus on the movement of prana, life giving breath.
